Date Book 1.Press the Date Book button 2.Tap “New” 3.Set Time a.Tap in the Start Time box; select the start time by tapping the start time hour and minutes b.Tap in the End Time box; select the end time by tapping the end time hour and minutes c.Or, select No Time or All Day 4.Tap “OK” 5.Enter text for event by writing in the graffiti boxwritinggraffiti box

4. Address Book 1.Press the Address Book button 2.Tap “New” 3.Enter information by writing in the graffiti boxwritinggraffiti box 4.Move from line to line by tapping on item 5.Use pull-down menus  to change type of information 6.Tap “Done” when finished

5. To Do List 1.Press the To Do List button 2.Tap “New” 3.Enter the text of the To Do List item by writing in the graffiti boxwriting graffiti box 4.To indicate a completed task, tap in the box left of the item; a  will appear 5.To remove completed items from your To Do List, tap on the “To Do” pull-down menu at the top of the handheld screen and select “Purge”

Note Pad 1.Press the Note Pad button 2.Enter text in the graffiti box to give note a title (If you skip this step, the note title will default to the time the note was written)graffiti box 3.Use stylus to “write” note on the screen 4.Tap “Done” when finished 5.To View Notes: a.Tap on note title in list view, or b.Use arrows  at the top of the screen to navigate through notes
