17 “45% of pupils reported being more adventurous in their eating habits, trying a range of different fruit and vegetables since being involved with the project.” BUGS “one third of parents noted that their children were eating more fruit and vegetables because of their involvement in the project.” BUGS “25% said that greenspace encouraged them to undertake physical activity.” Ardler “local people interviewed unanimously stated that the development made them feel better and safer …. they highlighted that GOW had brought many benefits …. and a greater sense of community.” GOW
