How UO Works: The Term System Fall, winter, spring, summer terms 10 weeks of classes, 11 th week is exams Exams and assignments throughout term

One Academic School Year Spring Early April to Mid June Winter Early January to Mid March Fall Late September to Early December Final Papers and Tests Syllabus Exams Assignments

How UO Works Attend ALL classes, participation important Keep up on assignments and readings Studying and class time = about 8 hrs/day

ALL International Students Attend full-time: Take at least 12 credits per term (Most courses are 4 credits) Maintain good academic standing: At least a 2.0 GPA (C average)
