Ohio’s Youth Speaker Corps (Eliminating Barriers Initiative) Criteria: ~ Youth who have experienced mental health or have a friend or sibling with an emotional disorder ~ Have a message to give ~ Have developed skills to manage their disorder ~ Have an ability to speak publicly ~ Family willingness ~ Academic grades sufficient to allow time to travel to speak ~ Have a level of resiliency to participate without negative effects
