4. How much does it cost? Some small fee (35€ at maximum) 4

5. What doing when you are accepted? 5 A deposit has to be paid when the student confirms his/her participation to an activity. DEPOSIT is NOT FEE (The deposit will be given back once the student has participated to the activity and answered the evaluation form). Survival Guide Schedule You will be in a MAILING LIST  GMAIL

7. What to take? Responsabilities: Participants have to accept the responsibilities before being able to apply. European Health Insurance Card = Tarjeta Sanitaria Europea! Some food and drinks for INTERNATIONAL EVENING! 7

8. What do you get? Information: The organising LBG must send to all accepted students necessary information about the course and a survival guide. Free acommodation: One individual sleeping unit per participant (sometimes a sleeping bag is needed) and easy access to a shower and hot water for washing. Free food: at least one meal a day must be served cooked and hot. Lectures related to the topic of the course: Teaching and material costs must be covered by the organising LBG. Furthermore the organisers must provide the participants with appropriate written material related to the content of the course. 8

9. Trips Free public transports: Transportation both to lectures and to all activities related to the content of the event must be provided at no extra cost. Official certificate: The participants who passed the examination (project, presentation, oral/written exam, practical work) must be given a valid certificate and a Course Information Form.
