The total price per student is $497.00  Adults wanting to travel will pay an additional $100.00 You are free to make payments at your convenience (Online registration & deposit deadline is Nov. 28 th ) YOUR MONEY PAYS FOR:  Deluxe motor coach transportation (air conditioned, restroom facility and movies)  2 nights Hotel accommodations (details TBD)  3 square meals each day  A day of rafting and hiking in the Shenandoah National Park  Two days of sightseeing around the city  24-hour expert tour guides  Admission to all events, museums, etc.  Medical and liability insurance  An unforgettable experience of learning and fun  3 full days of peace & quiet at home while your child is gone =)

9. PAINLESS FUNDRAISER Here is a “painless” fundraising opportunity that will aid in raising some or all of the money needed for this trip! Plus, some additional ideas of how WE are planning to help make fundraising as EASY as possible for you!

SAFETY AND SECURITY  For the entire duration of the trip, CPR trained tour guides will be on hand to ensure that the trip runs smoothly.  Operations staff will be available 24 hours a day while the small groups are traveling.  Cell phone “check in” times will be established (students without cell phones will have access as well).  The “buddy” paired accountability system will be utilized for the duration of the trip.  Four students to a room in the hotel.
