2. T02-02 - 2 An Example An accounting firm has collected a sample of audit times from last year. To get a better feel for the distribution of the audit times the manager wants to look at a Frequency Dot Plot of the audit times.

3. T02-02 - 3 Data can either be entered directly into the Original Data cells or copy/paste special/values into the cells.

4. T02-02 - 4 Once the data is entered the Sort Macro can be run to sort the Original Data into the Sorted Data cells.

5. T02-02 - 5 Worksheet Tabs can be selected to view the Original Data Scattergram & Frequency Dot Plot.

6. T02-02 - 6 The Scattergram displays a plot of the observations in the sequence they were entered.
