Project Definition Design and build a payload for a rocket that will be entertaining to high school children participating in the “Rockets for Schools” program.

Project Goals Relay video from the payload of the rocket as it descends from an altitude of 185,000ft. Slow down the descent of the payload, in order to obtain more information than on prior launches.
