12 Long Range Financial Plan FY10-18 Financial Targets The following ratios were used to establish financial performance in developing the long range financial plan: –Operating EBIDA Margin 10.0 to 12.5% –Days Cash on Hand Increase 3 to 5 days per year –Debt Service Coverage Greater than 4.0 times (under consideration to be adjusted to 3.5 times)
