RWH 2014/2015 Planning & Approach The KZN DWA Office’s approach is to link the RWH programme to the Provincial Department’s of Agriculture & Education; and their “House Hold garden”& “Nutrition” Programmes, respectively. Beneficiaries have also been identified through:  NGO application via National Dept. of Agriculture  KZN Premier’s office.
