Starr and Neilds Scholarship Please note, only students who meet the following eligibility requirements may apply: financial need academic merit no previous UD study abroad participation plan to study abroad (not in the U.S.) on a UD program in the coming year will have completed a minimum of 28 credits by the time of study abroad
