3. Access the Discovery Prospect Lookup pool through the Advance Lookup menu 2 1

5. Review Output List Note: Selecting a unit in the Donors to a Unit filter will provide lifetime giving to that unit. Selecting “All” will provide lifetime giving to UCLA.

6. Research Prospects on Advance (use the Prospect Profile report too!)

7. Add Discovery Prospect to your PMATS portfolio 1 2 3 4

8. Add Discovery Prospects to your PMATS Portfolio To have multiple Discovery Prospects added to your portfolio, contact the Prospect Management Office. Include name and Advance ID for each prospect You have 6 months to qualify prospects, after which they will be returned to the unassigned Discovery pool
