5 Voluntary Confidentialial Easy access The employee contacts an EAP Coordinator He or she will take the information necessary to open the file and verify eligibility : Employee’s name Phone number(s) If can or cannot leave a message The psychologist will contact the employee within 24 to 48 hours after the call. The appointment will be established on the availability of employee and professional.

9 Confidential Procedures guaranteeing confidentiality and anonymity of a request for consultation are the included in the responsibilities of the EAP coordinator. Please note that all matters regarding EAP as well as all relating documents are handled confidentially. No information on the content of the consultations is ever released to anyone, except in cases where the employee involved has given a written authorization.
