2 Purposes of the Workshop To help faculty understand the Reappointment, Tenure, and Promotion process and related expectations To provide a forum to enable the Dean to provide guidance and for the RPT Committee members to offer observations To provide suggestions about preparing for the reappointment, tenure, and promotion process To explain timelines and forms related to applying for reappointment, tenure, and/or promotion
