VSD control. Analog Control. Most cost effective to control RH above 30%. Low Maintenance Cost. Wash the coil with water. No contamination to supply air due to no direct contact media. 6. Then , 1 stage heater OFF. Once RH drops below 45% , 3 stages heater OFF. Once RH above 55% , 3 stages heater ON again. This system uses STEP CONTROL and NOT ANALOG CONTROL. Temperature and RH sensor activate. Send signal to DDC Controller. Control Valve for Chilled Water Coil OPEN Fully. If RH not met, Compressor will be ON. DX Cooling Coil will dehumidify the air. If Air temp too low, solenoid valve OPEN too allow HOT GAS to REHEAT the air. Once the desired TEMPERATURE and RH are met, the SYSTEM will be STABLELIZED. Humidity Control Concept
