Currently, only 2 companies produce these perfumes and are foreign-operated. Natural Perfumes wants to sell naturally made perfumes to consumers. In order to do so, Natural Perfumes must build a manufacturing plant that will produce perfumes using essential oils that are produced from organically grown materials. Natural Perfumes strives to maintain a reputation of dealing with only naturally grown products. Within the first year of business, Natural Perfumes projects the shipment of over 250,000 bottles of perfume at a profit of over $250,000. The upstart cost of Natural Perfumes is projected to be $150,000. Investor’s initial investment will be used for manufacturing, wages, and rental space. The first year’s profits will be used to pay back initial investment debts. Investors in the company can expect a return on their initial investments by the end of the 2 nd year of operation.
