2. Functions Description (1) F1: To provide the OM request of empty wagons to the FM. F2: To provide to the FM the wagons location, which satisfies the OM request considering information provided by the OPM and by the OBT. F3: To provide to the FM the OPM validation of transport feasibility of the empty wagons. F4: To transmit to the OM the FM confirmation concerning the request feasibility.

3. Functions Description (2) F5: To permit the FM to establish a hierarchy among empty wagons orders considering contractual data for a best treatment. F6: To transmit an order for sending of empty wagons from the FM toward the OPM. F7: To provide request modifications by the OM to the FM. F8: To take into account and inform the FM about event messages on rerouting data provided by the OPM and by the OBT.

4. Functions Description (3) F9: To transmit to the FM the consequences of the mismatch between the first request and the OM modifications.
