Provides employers with the confidence that any training undertaken is fit-for-purpose, via the Skills Academy’s accredited provider network Assessment System for Employer Training (ASET) to measure employer-delivered training compared to the competence requirements expressed in the Gold Standard for a given role A skills benchmark for world-class performance The Skills Passport provides employers & employees with a user-friendly, online record of their accredited and non accredited training & qualifications, creating a full skills profile of the learner Productivity & Competitiveness (PAC) – a tool box aimed at increasing efficiency through better training and competence, which really delivers bottom line results.
