7. The Law-less “God loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life” message doesn’t cause the sinner to tremble. If they respond to the message only to improve their lives, when persecution comes, they will be disillusioned and fall sway from the faith. Ray Comfort

Don’t give the cure until you convince of the disease.
Use the commandments and the Sermon on the Mount.
Present the terrible realities of Judgment Day and hell.
Shallow fear and shallow sorrow equals shallow gratitude
