ITS 9.1 Upgrade Progress Development Deadline: 05/16/11 97% complete for A & B priorities Performance Support Deadline: 08/09/11 26% complete System Testing Multiple phases 72% complete for SIT 1 05/18/11 4 These three areas occur along overlapping timeframes. University departments and business process owners contribute to each of these areas. As of 05/13/11

Overall, the level of system and business process change for 9.1 is low.
