2. Introduction  Your Mower is only as safe as the operator!  Carelessness in operation can result in injury or even death!

3. Before you mow…  Learn your ISO symbols  Read owners manual and become familiar with the machine before you start  Make sure all children, adults, and pets are far away from area your mowing  Remove all debris in area to be mowed before you start

4. And remember…  No alcohol or Drugs!  Don’t wear loose fitting cloths that could get caught in belts!  Hearing protection is a great idea…you only get one set of ears

5. When your Mowing  Know all the controls and how to stop the machine quickly  Slow for slopes and sharp turns…If your not sure, use a push mower!!!  Be conscious of your discharge chute; don’t blow grass or debris at windows, cars, people, etc.

6.  Be alert for holes, rocks, and other surprises that can be hit. Watch for hanging limbs, cloths lines, etc that can hit you!  If you do hit something, turn the machine off and inspect belts, blades, and other parts that could have been damaged

7. Other things to remember  Always shut er’ down before you touch anything that moves  Keep your mower maintained and leave all safety shields in place.
