What are their company values? What recent accomplishments, awards, new products, etc.. Have been announced publicly?

What are the day to day responsibilities? What are the resources the position requires to be successful? What skills are required for you to be successful?

No answer or no experience to share? –It’s ok. Be honest. –Answer the question with what you hope to gain. –Answer the question demonstrating what you would do if you were in that situation or had that opportunity.

Close it Let them know you’re excited about the role & the company. Summarize again why you are the right candidate. Ask what next steps are and a timeline.
