4 31 January 2001SERJUG4 Project Background SJ III contract ends March 2001 Since December 1999, UKERNA has been engaged in the procurement process for the backbone network for SuperJANET4. The contract for the backbone and the regional network access links was signed on 16 June with WorldCom. These links will be provided by 31 October. We will then install the switching equipment on the backbone and test it. During December 2000 to March 2001 we will move the regional network connections from.
