8. Phases Defined  DBA started upgrade process on December 2004  Provides access to Developers by Mid December  Developer being testing the new box Ver 11.5.10  Phases: Demo Database, CRP1,CRP2,CRP3, UAT, Pre-production exercise and Final GO LIVE Production
