CLUB POLICIES SUPPORT FOR BANK PARTIES Responsibilities & insurance – Supervising coach for <16 years – Duty of care (relevant to experience) – Club insurance (bank parties should be non- rowing members) Safety – Signing in/out – Mobile numbers (emergency support/advice) Champion of the Thames RC – Coaching
