How to go there?
Take public minibus 20C or 20K at Tai Po (get off the minibus at the entrance to Fung Yuen Village)
Walk straight along Fung Yuen Road for about 10 minutes
Cross the bridge, and you can see the Fung Yuen Culture & Education centre.
