22. 22 Some insights to drive EV usage? 1.Offer EV products where the ICE is not really appropriate: Short distances Urban deliveries Numerous stops and starts (urban buses) 2.Offer exotic, high performance cars for the wealthy 3.Put in place proper road regulations, tax systems and government incentives (EVs are of general interest) 4.Favor the development of zero emission modes of transport in city centers by restricting access 5.Put in place the proper charging infrastructure in public and companies parkings 6.Design the vehicles around electric powertrains 7.Pursue battery development: improve the performances and lower the costs 8.And let’s continue to be innovative and imaginative in new technologies and business models
