The Whitlock Company Definitive Healthcare Update SMALL BUSINESS TAX CREDIT Effective 1/1/2010 Incentive for small businesses to provide their employees with group health insurance coverage Businesses with 10 or less full-time-equivalent (FTE) employees – Average annual earnings less than $25,000 a year – Maximum credit of 35% of health insurance costs
