Overview Semi-Annual Progress Report –Data submitted through December 31, 2007 –Purpose – to measure our progress over time –Important notes: Not all annual data have been submitted – data are preliminary Overall – good progress! HH: Data Submission and Quality Data Submission –No programs missed more than 10 percent of scheduled data submissions Data Quality –the average percent of B1 forms with missing or invalid data initially for all programs was 62.5% –the average percent of B1 forms with missing or invalid data after ENL response for all programs was 16.9% Timeline Compliance –49.9% of B1 forms did not meet all the timeline requirements Other (based on baseline participant numbers) –Percent of “expected” A1 forms received: 61.2% –Number of participants reported to be inactive: 7.7% As of December 31, 2007
