Youth Connexions St Albans Team have put together a diary of free events designed by young people for young people that will provide a “place to be” Activities include splat walls, smoothie bikes, yoga and mind-fullness technique. There will be a range of positive activities to soothe, relax and enjoy. Personal Advisors, Youth Workers and Counsellors will be on site to make hot chocolate and if you should want, to talk things through with you. However things turn out, you can find a space to collect your thoughts at a number of exam result events being held from 13th-27th August 2015.
