Crab Cavities EDMS *new* node https://edms.cern.ch/project/CERN-0000096385 https://edms.cern.ch/project/CERN-0000096385 Carlo Zanoni EN-MME-EDM

Hardware organization -Symmetric DQW/RFD structure -“…Assembly” folders are used for drawings or documents or calculations that are referred to a whole assembly (e.g. the dressed cavity) -In case a document could fit two directories, upload in one and attach it in other one. E.g. specifications are in both dressed and bare cavity folders in both RFD and DQW -The full Cryomodule (i.e. outside the dressed cavity) will be detailed in the future

Guidelines (keep the house clean): Nameavoid ODU SLAC BNL, use DQW or RFD -without CC-, make the content and the background clear (i.e. just He tank or dressed cavity? It's not the same. It's probably better to avoid the name dressed cavity), avoid using upper cases (i.e. MANUFACTURING) Example: DQW - Cavity and HOM - 3D model Descriptionbe sure there's a proper and complete description that explains the content. In few cases, attaching a short document would be useful. It's important to clarify the use and meaning of the data/document/table attached without the need of any further explanation Versionuse versions instead of new documents. Approvalfollow properly the status of the document, update it with the comments received once uploaded and make it ‘released’. Make the document ‘obsolete’ once the content is not relevant anymore and/or is improved by new data/drawings/models…

Old node The end-of-life of the old node is still to be detailed. However, documents for SPS cryomodules must be uploaded in the new node. Old documents are already attached in their new location (feel free to check the new position, in case of doubts)
