5. ADULTHOOD Mary McLeod Bethune studied at religious schools and became a teacher.

6. ADULTHOOD In 1898 she married Albert Bethune who was a teacher.

7. ADULTHOOD Mary McLeod Bethune attended a mission school which was called The Moody Bible Institute

8. She had a school with 100 students

9. ADULTHOOD Now Mary McLeod Bethune’s school is a collage that all of us can go to.

10. ADULTHOOD Mary also made a hospital for her school.

11. ADULTHOOD Mary McLeod Bethune got a medal for being an outstanding African American.

12. ADULTHOOD Mary McLeod Bethune showed responsibility for her students.
