To enable a wider diversity of audiences to participate in the programme To ensure that no one feels excluded as a potential visitor of the Thyssen- Bornemisza Museum To improve and consolidate existing lines of work To publicise the museum to professionals at occupational centres, labour integration centres, etc., as a potential resource for their daily work To create opportunities for integrating with other audiences in normal situations To develop a set of educational and pedagogic materials in collaboration with the professionals who work with these collectives, with applications for all types of audiences. Our objectives

To teach participants to look at an artwork and decipher the information it contains To develop a sensitivity to art and culture To develop critical and deductive thinking by formulating a series of questions that the pupil has to answer about the work To promote dialogue between the participants and respect for the opinions of others To use art as a tool for understanding other cultures and their ways of viewing the world To highlight the difference between what the artist wishes to represent and how he chooses to do this To create channels of collaboration and dialogue between the museum and schools To generate bridges to ensure that schoolchildren have equal opportunities and rights based on their particular needs.
