10/02/2015 DT Shifts for Run II 2015 DT Detector Online Contact (DOC): - Bologna: Daniele Fasanella, Giuseppe Codispoti, Gianni Masetti - Torino: Linda Finco, Gian Luca Pinna, Vincenzo Monaco - Madrid: Jesus Puerta Pelayo, Juan Pablo Fernandez Ramos - Oviedo: Isidro Gonzalez Caballero - Aachen: Soren Erdweg, Daniel Teyssier, +1 -University of Malaya: Mira Zukhaimira (DQM expert in training) 13 contacts to cover 43 weeks in 2015: 5 new contacts (PhD students). DT Infrastructure contact to be pointed to DT DOC eventually - Will keep it pointing to local CERN experts at run start 46 weeks DT offline shifts distributed over pool of dozen of expert shifters -Good entry point to the system -Does not require CERN presence -DT offline expert paralle shift as needed

10/02/2015 Local DT Experts for Run II 5-6 CERN based experts, not 100% dedicated to operation but very committed Alberto Benvenuti, overviewing Gas, HV and TC issues, leaves CERN half of the year Ignacio Redondo is Technical Coordinator and local readout and TCDS expert Daniele Fasanella is deputy Technical Coordinator and Power supply (HV) system and WinCC (PVSS) expert. Andrea Triossi is Electronics Coordinator and local Slow Control and DSS expert Gianni Masetti is Run Coordinator and local MiniCrate and trigger expert Daniel Teyssier is deputy Run Coordinator and local VDC and Gas expert 3 “complete” FTEs are required to operate DT in 2015, 2016, 2017 4 DT project contributes to supporting experts maintaining alignment (Zoltan and Noemi) and our Integration Office contact (Domenico Dattolla) could be available for emergencies

10/02/2015 Remote Support for Run II Most of the Knowledge is based at home institutes in ~ 20 experts. Fraction devoted to operation oscillates a lot [10, 50] %. Some of them covers crucial areas in the day to day operation Some of them carry an advisor role (in case of problems) Padova (Sandro Ventura,Matteo Pegoraro, Franco Gonella, Lorenzo Castellani, Fabio Montecassiano, Massimo Benettoni) Legnaro (Michele Gulmini, Nicola Toniolo) CIEMAT (Cristina Fernández, Alvaro Navarro, Javier Sastre, Jesús Puerta) Bologna (Marco Dallavalle, Luigi Guiducci, Giuseppe Codispoti, Casimiro Baldanza) Torino (Silvia Maselli, Paolo de Remigis, Francesco Rotondo) ~4 “complete” home institutes FTE are required to operate DT in 2015 2016 2017 +Technical support during Year End Technical Stops 5
