3. Activities Beach sports Beach and dunes walks Swimming / water park Kayaking ( need to be able to swim 25 metres. An alternative will be arranged for non-swimmers) Char à voile ( sand yachting) Ape Adventure ( tree top walks) Visits to: goat farm at milking time, snail farm chocolate factory, boulangerie, fish market, war cemetery Amiens by night ( cathedral in coloured lights)

4. Meals The Citadelle is self-catering. All food is included in price. Vegetarian meals + gluten-free meals organised on request. Mon 29th:Bring picnic lunch or money to buy lunch in Ambleteuse Breakfast: each day a working party of students will be funded to buy breakfast ingredients for the group. Lunch: Packed lunches provided. On Market day in Étaples, students are funded to buy their own lunches Dinner: 3-course hot meals provided by Montreuil caterer (Traîteur Botte). 1 dinner at le Pot du Clape ( home-made vegetable soups, quiches, cheese, charcuterie, salads, dessert)

5. Suggested funding, kit. All meals, entrance fees, provided. Money needed for lunch on day out, plus souvenir shopping and lunch on day of return. ESSENTIAL : A small back pack for packed lunch, money, on daily excursions Shower towel and beach towel. Toiletries + any medications. Sticking plasters! 2 pairs trainers / comfy footwear ( 1 to get wet for beach / kayaking) Light waterproof mac with hood. Sunhat + suncream Swimwear: no swimming shorts allowed OPTIONAL: Extra pillow Football, games, cards. Phones, ipads etc. at own risk
