1 TORTA DI FRAGOLE STRAWBERRY CAKE INGREDIENTI INGREDIENTS Pan di spagna. Fragole due confezioni. Succo di limone. Panna da dolci due confezioni. Zucchero. Sponge cake. Two baskets of strawberries. Lemon juice. Two packets of whipped cream Sugar.

2 Togliere le foglie delle fragole,e lavarle bene. Remove the strawberries leaves and wash them well.

3 Tagliare le fragole in piccoli pezzettini. Cut the strawberries in small pieces.

4 Aggiungere poco zucchero (una puntina di cucchiaio) e quattro gocce di limone. Add a little sugar and four drops of lemon.

5 Prendere il pan di spagna e scavarlo con un cucchiaio all' interno. Take the sponge cake and dig the top and the middle with a spoon

6 Versare la panna in una ciotola e montarlo con il frullatore. Pour the cream into a bowl and whip it with whisks.

7 Bagnare il pan di spagna all' interno con il succo delle fragole,infine versare la panna. Wet the inside of the sponge cake with the strawberries juice, finally pour the cream on the top.

8 Con un cucchiaio versare i pezzettini di fragole sopra la torta e mettere in frigo per qualche ora. Pour the strawberries pieces on the cake with a spoon and refrigerate for a few hours.
