1 st Me or Te? Who likes something? What is something pleasing to? Me to me Te to you (inf.)

2 nd Gusta or Gustan Gusta ONE object or thing is pleasing/liked –Depends on the word DIRECTLY after gusta/gustan –Me gusta la clase de español. ( I like Spansih class. Spanish class is pleasing to me.) Gustan MORE than one object or thing is pleasing/liked –Depends on the word DIRECTLY after gusta/gustan –Me gustan los lápices. ( I like pencils.)

No me gusta(n) No me gusta la clase de historia. –I don’t like history class. No me gustan los pupitres. –I don’t like desks.

Te gusta(n)… Te gusta la clase de español. –You like Spanish class. Spanish class is pleasing to you. Te gustan los perros. –You like dogs. Dogs are pleasing to you. No te gusta la clase de historia. –You don’t like history class. History class isn’t pleasing to me.
