How to use adjectives in French: Adjectives are found almost always __________________ the noun they are describing. Exemples: C’est une fille intelligente. C’est un garçon amusant. Ce sont des films stupides.

Memory Unfortunately, there is no way to know if an object in French is masculine or feminine without memorizing it or looking it up However, it will shorten the process if you memorize the endings that change: An adjective that ends in an F like “sportif” becomes IVE in feminine form “sportive.” An adjective that ends in X like “heureux” becomes EUSE in feminine form “heureuse”
