3. Ask for and state age ¿Cuántos años tienes? Tengo quince años.
How old are you?
I am fifteen years old.

4. Let’s check Ask someone where they’re from Answer: ¿De dónde eres?
Say: I am from the United States
Answer: Soy de los Estados Unidos
Ask someone how old they are
Answer: ¿Cuántos años tienes?
Say: I am fourteen years old.
Answer: Tengo catorce años.

5. OK! Let’s practice.
You’re going to conduct a survey to find out the range of ages in your Spanish class.
You’re going to ask how old they are and make a chart detailing the ages (look at p. 9 for an example).
