3 An INDIRECT OBJECT PRONOUN can be used to replace the INDIRECT OBJECT. She reads the children a book. Ella les lee un libro. We give Rita a pizza. Nosotros le damos una pizza. I tell you the phone number. Yo te digo el teléfono.

4 An INDIRECT OBJECT PRONOUN can also be used with the INDIRECT OBJECT so that the statement is clear. She reads the children a book. Ella les lee un libro a los niños. We give Rita a pizza. Nosotros le damos una pizza a Rita. I tell you the phone number. Yo te digo el número de teléfono (a ti).
