2. To form the imperative (command) in French, use the present tense tu, vous, or nous form of the verb without the subject.

3. The nous and vous forms of regular -er verbs are the same in the imperative as they are in the present tense. Parlons! Parlez! To form a command using the tu form of a regular -er verb, drop the s from the end of the verb. (Tu parles) Parle!
