Step 1: Cool the vial You MUST cool the vial the vial for at least 2 hours before starting the unit CONFIDENTIAL

It Room Temp = 22ºC Refrigerator = 5ºC Freezer = -18ºC It will take 1 -2 hours At 5º OR -18º C For the vial temperature To lower to the storage temp CONFIDENTIAL
