REGIONS AND WHATS UNIQUE ABOUT THEM The New England colonies had 4 states, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. In the New England colony's they were unique because of their fishing, whaling, trapping, ship building, and logging. The Middle Colonies had 4 states just like New England, the 4 states were New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. What made them special were farming, logging, ship building, textiles, and paper making The Southern Colonies had 5 states which were Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. What made the Southern Colonies special was farming, like rice, tobacco, and cotton

EDUCATION AND MUSIC The three things you could play were fifes, drums, and bass drums. They used the bible and studied math, latin, and Greek

HOUSES AND FAMILY LIFE For houses they were like log cabins and small brick houses While kids were home they did play with puzzles, board games and cards. The furnishings were like wooden chairs and tables

CLOTHING The men and women usually wore wigs, breeches, waste coat, hats, petticoats, cloaks, and dresses.

FOOD They ate pretty much what they hunted like deer turkey cows and sheep They grew gardens that had fruits and veggies
