What does Sailorization mean to you? What are some of the challenges you have faced while developing Sailors? –Do you find your Sailors goals are not the same as your goals? –Your expectations are not clear to your Sailors? Do you lead by example? –Enforcing standards, what does this mean to you? Sailorization Lead by example!

Job Performance –How’d you feel when you got your Eval? –Mid Term counseling? Were you surprised? Why? E5 Eval ranking board… –Do you give the rest of the personnel MP? –Did they deserve it? Did you evaluate it? Ask yourself, the last MP compared to your #1 MP; how do they compare? –Early Promote Evals (EP to P is a different of 32 Points!) Sailorization Be honest, even if the truth hurts
