Calling on the Name of the Lord
Acts 2:21, – calling on the name of the Lord = receiving the word in obedience Acts 22:16 – Saul of Tarsus would call on the name of the Lord when he was baptized Romans 10:12-17 – to call on name of Lord, one must hear and obey the gospel call of Jesus Acts 9:14; 2 Tim. 2:22 – the saved must continue to “call” on Lord – live faithfully!
