Description of service Web2SMS Service is a web (internet) based SMS service that will enable TN customers to log onto the TN website and send messages from the website to mobile phones The recipient of the message will be able to reply to the SMS, i.e. SMS to E-mail The following features are available: – Sending single SMS’ – Sending bulk SMS’ – History (records) – Phone book – Adding contacts – SMS to E-mail (reply messages) Marketing Division Confidential2

How it works Post paid and prepaid Customer applies for Web2SMS and provides, 2 usernames, password, e-mail address and is issued with a virtual Switch post paid/prepaid number Teleshop agent captures service on billing system TN System Administrator creates customer account, configures post paid number, username, password, e-mail address and activates SMS to E-mail (if required) and register the customer TN System Administrator provides customer with username and password and link to log on via e-mail. Customer visits www.telecom.na, log on with provided credentials and start using the servicewww.telecom.na When sending SMS’ the senders number displayed will be the Switch number Post paid customer billed at month end Prepaid customers must have airtime available to send SMS’.
