Functions and Responsibilities 2 Ensure full coordination with LCG subgroup on capacity development Identify technical capacity gaps and organizational challenges (e.g., issues with retention of trained staff) that may hinder successful development and implementation of CIP Ensure that trainings are closely linked to CIP objectives and instrumental to achieve its results Identify priority areas for capacity and HR development Contribute to the development of HR and training plan for MoEF and its agencies

3 Identify, analyse, and recommend organizational changes to translate individual capacities in stronger organizational capacity Ensure adequate gender representation in TNA, as well as capacity and human resource development Support TNA and HRD planning processes Support designing of training manuals and development of training and academic curriculum. Functions and Responsibilities (Contd.)

4 Provide advice on how to strengthen HR and CD functions in MoEF. Contribute to the development of HRD Master Plan TAG-HRD may co-opt any other representatives deemed necessary in the interest of the project in addition to the above. The TAG-HRD will meet every three months.
