2 OperationalPerformance The Team Manager Dashboard and Practitioner Dashboard reports have merged under the new title of Operational Dashboard There is also a new Performance Dashboard that allows you to compare your team(s) against the service as a whole Select which report features you wish to view first….

3 Operational Dashboard New features

4 Operational Dashboard The report is accessed by opening the  Main Menu

5 Operational Dashboard The report is accessed by opening the  Main Menu and from the list displayed opening the folder called  Reports

6 Operational Dashboard The report is accessed by opening the  Main Menu and from the list displayed opening the folder called  Reports followed by  Children’s Reports

7 Operational Dashboard The report is accessed by opening the  Main Menu and from the list displayed opening the folder called  Reports followed by  Children’s Reports and then selecting  Operational Dashboard

8 Operational Dashboard The Report Parameter screen allows you to select to view either Team or Practitioner information Team shows as the default selection, with the list of teams displayed below

9 Operational Dashboard Change your selection to Practitioner, and the list of practitioners are displayed below

10 Operational Dashboard As with previous reports you are able to select to view the data for multiple teams or practitioners by holding down the CTRL button and highlighting your required selection

14 Particular new features are: The Visits section, this shows the total number of cases that are LAC or CP, displayed in black Clients with visits in timescale are shown in GREEN Clients with visits due in the next week are shown in AMBER Clients with overdue visits are shown in RED AND for all the cases the Case Recording Activity shows in RED the numbers of cases where there has been no recording activity for over 15 days. Even if you only add text to an open assessment the system will recognise that the case file has been updated. Operational Dashboard VISITS & CASE RECORDING

15 Operational Dashboard Clicking on any of the numbers takes you to the New Style Allocation pages: These pages contain a wealth of information….

16 Operational Dashboard Allocation Information TYPE The TYPE of case is displayed here – if the case is showing as: CP - this comes from information entered by the Safeguarding Team and will be updated after conferences LAC – this comes from LAC Episode information entered by the MIS Carefirst Team if this is incorrect please ensure that a Change of circumstances form is completed CIN / N/A – this comes from the classification entered in the Child’s Plan form, the form must be finished and saved for this to populate

17 Operational Dashboard Allocation Information PLN UPD The PLN UPD column shows the number of days since a Child’s Plan form was completed OPEN ASM The OPEN ASM column shows the number of open assessments on the child’s file

18 Operational Dashboard Allocation Information OPEN ACT The OPEN ACT column shows the number activities open on the file in BLACK, and of those, the number that are overdue are displayed in RED INC OBS The INC OBS column shows the number of open observations on the child’s file

19 Operational Dashboard Allocation Information 3 MONTH SUM The 3 MONTH SUM column shows the number of days since the date of the last 3 month summary observation LAST UPD The LAST UPD column shows the number of days since the file has been updated, if there has been no update for more than 15 days this number displays in RED

20 Operational Dashboard Allocation Information CP / LAC The CP/LAC column shows whether the case is subject to a child protection plan or is a looked after child and so subject to statutory visits REQ FREQ & DAYS SINCE The REQ FREQ column shows the required number of days between visits (for LAC the frequency alters dependent on the length of time since the date of placement). The DAYS SINCE column will show the number of days since the last visit, shown GREEN if the visit is not due, AMBER if the visit is due in the next week and RED if the visit is overdue

27 Performance Dashboard This is currently only available for teams, although individual practitioner performance dashboards will be created shortly…..and there will then be a choice for parameter 1

28 Performance Dashboard As with previous reports you are able to select to view the data for multiple teams by holding down the CTRL button and highlighting your required selection

29 Performance Dashboard Use option 3 to select to view the information for one of the four specific assessment types, or leave showing all to create a report with 4 pages, one for each assessment type

30 Submit Performance Dashboard Press SUBMIT to view report

31 Performance Dashboard The assessment type is displayed at the top of the page Along with the team or teams that the information refers to

32 Performance Dashboard The graph shows the numbers of assessments completed by month, with the TOTAL displayed in dark blue and the number completed WITHIN TIMESCALES displayed in light blue

33 Performance Dashboard The table of information shows…. The numbers of completed assessments by month The numbers of assessments completed in timescale and the percentage of the total that that represents The percentage of assessments completed in timescale for the whole service and how your team compares (+/-) to the service average For reports that require authorisation, the percentage where the manager has entered an authorisation comment

34 Performance Dashboard The Performance Gauge shows the percentage completed in timescale by your team this month your team average for the year the service average for the year

35 Performance Dashboard The bar graph shows the assessment detail by worker, with the number of that total not completed in timescale shown in light blue For example Peter Pan has completed 35 total, 4 of those not completed in timescale

36 Performance Dashboard Finally, the Outcomes selected for the assessments completed by the team over the last 12 months
