II. The Righteous Enoch Gen 5:24 Gen 5:24 “And Enoch walked with God, and he was not (found), For God took him”. Among this genealogy, there is a Man whose life History did not end by the Phrase “And he died”. We knew of Enoch’s life none than this phrase. Read Hebrew 11:1:7. Heb 11:5 “ By faith Enoch was taken away so that he did not see death, and was not found, because God had taken him”

II. The Righteous Enoch Gen 5:24 St. John Chrysostom believes that Enoch surpassed Abel in his faith say: You will probably ask: How? Because despite his coming after him, yet what happened to Abel did not affect him in a bad way; he did not say to himself: what is the use of labor. Enoch was great in his faith although he had no role model to follow, yet, he walked righteously with the Lord, to become worthy of being taken by Him” Q. Name for me that one of the prophets did not die, but also was taken to heave? but also was taken to heave?

III. The Sons of God and the daughters of men (Gen 6:1-4) “ Now it came to, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and the daughters were born to them. That the songs of God saw the daughters of Men, that they are beautiful; and they took wives for themselves of all whom they chose.” Who are the sons of God & daughters of men? After Cain killed Abel, God gave Adam & Eve a son his name Seth. (Gen 4:25 & 26). Enoch was born. Seth & his descendants called the songs of God. Cain and his descendants called songs & daughters of men.

St. Augustine see in God proclamation that He was sorry that He created man, a way of modestly addressing us in our own language, in order to realize how far it became impossible to keep our fellowship with God” (Jeremiah 2:13) “For my people have committed two evils: They have forsaken me, the fountain of living water”. Pope Shenouda said “God loves the sinners, but hates the sin”.

V. God Feel sorry for making men (Gen 6: 6-8) Read (Luke 15:1&2) (Luke 15:7) “ There will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine persons who need no repentance.” Ezekiel 33:9 “ Nevertheless, if you warn the wicked to turn from his wrong, and he does not turn the his way, he shall die in his iniquity”
