Foundations Create a train the trainer model to implement curriculum development initiatives using instructional coaches as the hedge pins for success. Procure National Speaker For Curriculum Development. Schedule Three Large Group Gatherings. Introduce and implement UBD. Introduce the CCSS document and theory focusing on ELA Develop a digital Professional Learning Community for the Instructional coaches to be expanded to faculties mid year. Edmodo Create Focus Group meetings to facilitate the transference of information and assist the IC’s

2012-2013- Plan and Build Foundational year of introduction of UBD, and Common Core Standards focusing on ELA, Supporting knowledge and practices 2013-2014-Build and Develop Implementation of Language and ELA and Expansion into the CCSS Math Standards
